Its Official...

another UFO started.

Here is my first block for the 2015 Project of Doom.  It looks a little different from those done by others because I am machine embroidering the titles which requires my books to be thicker than those in the pattern.   My embroidery machine only has 3 fonts, each in small, medium, or large.  I have already started embroidering more titles since that takes the longest.  I currently have enough for the next block and then some but it will take a while to do the embroidery for all of the books in the quilt!

Today we watched my daughter sing in the All-State Mixed Choir.  They did an awesome job!  I am so proud of her!
