The first step is cutting so here we go.

Neutrals

Cut 77    2  1/2 inch squares
      11    2  7/8 inch squares

Greens
Cut 54  2 1/2 inch squares- 9 of these need to be   
                subcut into 4    1  3/4 inch squares each
      11  2  7/8 inch squares

 Reds or Golds
 Cut 9    2  1/2 inch squares

Set leftover scraps aside to be used in the borders at a later date.
