Elliptical Training

I wanted to do 30 minutes on my elliptical this morning.  Too hot to run, plus my hip has been hurting.  So, I ended up doing 52 minutes at a running pace, 7010+ strides and burned 570+ calories (according to the machine).  It just felt great so I kept going.  Hope I get to where I can do that about 4 times a week at least!
Hope to get that queen size quilt finished today.  I only got about 3 rows done yesterday.  Have some errands to run though so I may not make it.  We will see.
