An Olympic finish

Finally,  My daughter's tic tac toe quilt is finished.  This is the quilt that I had almost bound and decided I didn't like it, pulled it off and started again.  I am very happy with it now.  I think I could have trained for the Olympics in the amount of time it took me to FINISH this quilt!

It is one of my very favorite quilts that I have made.  It is created from Block Lotto Blocks (from about 2 years ago) so I can't really claim all the credit.

Here is an up close of the pantograph quilting and the hand sewn binding.  My sister LOVES the striped backing.

Here are the girls, dying to check it out...

Now I am off to register this quilt owner for High School.  I can't believe it!  Surely I am not old enough to have a kid in HS!!??

  3. I think you CAN take all the credit for the design of the quilt--I love what you made from those lotto blocks! I hope you will post it on blocklotto.com so we it will be included in the gallery.
