50th Anniversary quilts

Here are the lap quilts that my husband requested for his aunt & uncle's 50th anniversary.  He stayed home from work on Friday to help me bind them so that they were ready for Friday evening.
They are an Eleanor Burns pattern from her book "Still Stripping After 25 Years".
I consider Eleanor to have been my quilting instructor, though I have never met her.  So, when I need an quick, reliably lovely pattern, she is where I go (unless I make it up myself).

The backs with matching labels...

If you look closely, you can see the Southwestern quilting designs.
