Barn Raising Finish #9 For 2010

I am still ahead of my goal!  9 quilts in 7 months is good and I have plenty more to get finished before school starts!!!!!

Here is the Barn Raising pattern I made for my parents (pictured on my bed).  It is finally finished!  I think it has been 2 years...

Here are some up close views so that you can see the free motion roses I quilted it with-this was the hardest part-king size quilt free motion quilted on my little aurora. 

My family was watching CBS Sunday Morning this AM and there was a story about people who create artwork with pins.  This is what I found my son doing a little while later with the pin cushion I had left near my seat in the living room.  I particularly like the ears!
